The English Riviera...

The English Riviera is situated in the heart of glorious South Devon and boasts 22 miles of wonderful, picturesque coastline and 20 beaches and coves.

Explore Paignton...

Paignton is situated in the middle of Torbay, to the South is the fishing village of Brixham with all the character and fascination of the working harbour, marina, quayside and the wonderful freshly caught fish (and chips!).

Torquay, our own 'Riviera' has many attactions including the main promenade, pier, marina, cafes and eateries, the Agatha Christie Trail, Cockington Country Park & Village, Torre Abby and the new exciting Living Coasts attraction.

A resort in itself...

Paignton is a resort all of its own; a wonderful promenade and green attracting fair grounds, donkey rides and many fairs and displays throughout the summer, long sandy beaches, pier with its own attractions, multiplex cinema with restaurant and cafe, a picturesque harbour with pleasure boat trips around the beautiful bay and to nearby Dartmouth and Totnes, fishing trips and so on.

A haven for children...

Goodrington is only a short walk and is a haven for children of all ages. It boasts the wonderful Goodrington Park with boating lake, Crazy Golf, Pitch & Putt, Go Karts, Seashore Centre and the fantastic Quay West Water Park. There are also two long, safe sandy beaches - one being 'Pet Friendly' and the other having Ringo rides, jetski and banana rides and water skiing.

The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Train Station is also located here for a really spectacular journey along the coast where you can combine your trip with a fabulous cruise along the River Dart and explore the fascinating town of Dartmouth and Britannia Royal Naval College.

Of course, the World Famous Paignton Zoo is only 10 minutes away by car or bus. For those who love walking we are right on the Coastal Path and the most spectacular scenery can be viewed. For the garden lovers there is nearby Coleton Fishacre and the fabulous Art Deco home of the D'Oyly Carte family and the newly opened Greenway, the woodland garden on the banks of the River Dart and the home of Agatha Christie where she had the inspiration for so many of her books.

There really is so much to do you will be booking your next visit before you depart for home!
