BOOKING
CONDITIONS
- Period of Hire
will be from 2.00 pm on day of arrival until 10.00 am on day of departure.
At certain times of the year the above times may be varied by prior
arrangement with the Proprietors. Luggage may be left and collected
outside of the above times by prior arrangement.
- Only persons named
on the Booking Form are permitted to use the accommodation. Should any
person be staying for only part of the Hire period they MUST be named
on the Booking Form or notified to the Proprietors.
- In the interest
of other occupants, noise must be kept to a reasonable level and excess
noise will not be permitted between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am.
- Hirers using the
parking spaces at Sea Breeze Holiday flats do so at their own risk.
Spaces may not be reserved and are on a 'first-come first served' basis.
- Cancellation must
be advised in writing. Deposits are not returnable and the Hirer will
be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation
is re-let on the same terms.
- A non-returnable
deposit of £50 per week per flat secures a Booking. A Booking is complete
when you receive our official confirmation and receipt for the deposit.
- The Proprietors
cannot accept liability for any contingency, which may arise, however
caused, which is beyond their control and may affect the period of hire.
- The Proprietors
shall not be liable to any persons for any personal injury or loss of
or damage to property however caused or sustained whilst occupying a
Flat or whilst on the premises or attached grounds.
- Hirers undertake
to keep the apartments, furniture, fixtures and fittings, etc., in a
clean and tidy condition and make good or pay for any breakages or damage
to the flat or its fixtures and contents during their occupation.
- Pets by prior
arrangement with the Proprietors.
- The Proprietors
regret they cannot accept any liability in respect of complaints that
are not brought to their attention during the period of your holiday.
Unless the Proprietors are made aware of any complaints/problems/discrepancies
encountered with the accommodation during such a stay and an opportunity
given to remedy such matters, no liability can be accepte
