The Apartments are all self-contained and comprise fully carpeted bedroom and living room (or studio), fully equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge and cooking utensils. En-suite toilet, wash basin and electric shower. All flats are furnished with double sofa beds and / or firm single or double beds.

Apartment 1 is on the ground level and consists of a lounge with a small kitchenette, a double bedroom and shower room. Sleeps 4/6

Apartment 2 is located in the main building with a lounge and kitchenette overlooking Goodrington Park. At the rear is a double bedroom and shower room. Sleeps 4/5

Apartment 3 is at the rear of the main building and has a lounge, small bedroom with either single or bunk beds and a shower room. There is a separate kitchen. Sleeps 2/4

Apartment 4 is on the first floor and has lovely views over Goodrington Park from both the lounge and kitchen. There is a separate double bedroom which could also accommodate bunk beds if required. Separate shower room. Sleeps 4/6

Apartment 5 is at the rear of the first floor and has a studio lounge with kitchenette and shower room. Sleeps 2/3

Apartment 6 is located on the second floor with lovely views from the lounge and kitchen over the Park. The bedroom has a small double bed with shower room off. Sleeps 3/4

Apartment 8 is on the ground floor at the rear of the property and consists of a studio with kitchenette, shower room and also a small children's bedroom with bunk or single bed. Sleeps 2/4

Apartment 9 is on the ground floor at the rear of the property and consists of a studio with kitchenette and shower room. Sleeps 2

Apartment 10 is at the rear of the property and has a lounge, kitchenette and double bedroom which could accommodate additional bunks or a single bed. This flat has its own separate bathroom. Sleeps 4/6

Apart from apartment 1 all other flats are approached by steps / stairs. On-site parking is also available to the front and rear of the property.
